St. John's Senior Communities
Traditions in Caring is the highly regarded home health care agency run as a collaborative effort of St. John's Senior Communities, The Friendly Home, The Jewish Home of Rochester, St. Ann's Community and Episcopal SeniorLife Communities.

If you or someone you care about needs assistance in the home in order to maintain an independent lifestyle, Traditions in Caring can help. All services are supervised by experienced registered nurses and include:

Assistance with daily hygiene, personal care and mobility
Medication reminders
Companionship
Meal preparation
Light housekeeping and laundry
Assistance with running errands
Supervision of activities

Services are arranged on a fee-for-service basis and may qualify for payment through private insurance or Medicaid and Medicare through a certified home health agency or long-term health care program.
