At the Wolk Rehabilitation Center, St. John's Home offers one of the Rochester area's most highly regarded rehabilitation programs. Our bright, spacious and accommodating rehabilitation center offers therapy seven days a week, when appropriate. St. John's Home interdisciplinary team approach allows each client to achieve the highest possible level of independence through rehabilitation. Most rehabilitation clients stay in residence from 2 to 12 weeks and then return home, although referrals for longer stays can be arranged. St. John's Home comprehensive rehabilitation services include:
- Physical Therapy
- Occupational Therapy
- Music Therapy
- Speech and Hearing Services
- Speech-Language Pathology
- Independent Living Skills Training
- Full kitchen
- Washer/dryer
- Full bath with adaptive equipment
