CNA, Daybreak (Per Diem)

Description
Per diem position: must be available Monday-Friday: 8am-4pm. Hours will vary each week. Works no weekends & holidays.

Responsibilities
Provides nursing care to our Elders in the DayBreak/Medical Day Program. Duties include carrying out daily activities as planned, meeting the Elders' personal needs and other duties as requested.

Qualifications
Must have a NYS CNA certification. One to three years experience working as a CNA is preferred. Strong interpersonal skills is a must. Spanish speaking is a plus.
