Description
Per Diem hours available: hours & shifts will vary each week. Will work on some weekends& holidays.

Responsibilities
Contributes to the nursing process and implements a resident plan of care. Performs direct nursing services such as administering medications and treatments, providing personal care and activities of daily living.

Qualifications
Current NYS LPN License.
